Pixel Theory | Fully Remote (U.S.) | Full-Time
Pixel Theory is the strategic growth partner for scaled consumer brands. We don't run ads. We run growth, and there's a real difference.
We build the financial models, data infrastructure, and cohort analyses that tell our clients which customers are worth acquiring, what they're worth over time, and what the brand should pay to bring them in. Then we go get them. We run the media buying, the creative, and the post-click experience that drives qualified, scalable new customer growth.
We operate in pods. One Growth Strategist, one Media Buyer, one Creative Strategist, working in lockstep so the data, the buying, and the creative are never disconnected. We're a 20-person team of senior operators. Everyone here is sharp, accountable, and obsessed with doing the work well.

We're hiring a Senior Growth Strategist to lead growth for 6-8 consumer brand clients.
This is a senior, autonomous role. You will own your book of business end-to-end: managing your accounts, collaborating with media buyers, ad uploaders, and a creative strategist to deliver cohesive, data-driven results for every brand you lead. This position comes with real ownership and a clear growth trajectory.
You'll be the person a founder or CMO calls when they want a real answer on whether their CAC is sustainable, which cohort to double down on, or why last month's creative test didn't move the needle. You'll have a media buyer and a creative strategist on your pod. Your job is to direct them, not do their work for them.
One important note before you read further. This is an agency seat, not a brand seat. The skill sets are not interchangeable. The people who thrive here genuinely want to operate across a portfolio of brands. They love the pattern-matching, the context-switching, and the leverage of solving similar problems across very different businesses. This role is the senior strategic voice in every client room and every hard conversation with founders and CMOs. The work we do is sharp, but it only lands when it's written clearly, presented confidently, and defended well when a brand-side leader pushes back.
Growth strategy for 6-8 brands. You set the direction for each account. What we're testing, what we're scaling, what we're killing, and why.
The data and modeling layer. You'll work with our analytics infrastructure to build and interpret cohort analyses, LTV models, CAC payback curves, and channel-level growth models. You translate the numbers into a real plan. This is the bar, not a nice-to-have. If you can't read a payback curve and tell us what to do about it, this isn't the role for you.
Pod leadership. You direct a media buyer and a creative strategist on each account. You set the test roadmap, prioritize what gets built, and hold the bar on quality.
Client relationships. You're the senior strategic voice for the client. You run the QBRs, lead the hard conversations, and make sure the brand understands not just what we're doing, but why.
Channel strategy across Meta, Google, and TikTok. You know how each platform actually works in 2026. What scales, what's a trap, and how creative interacts with the algorithm on each one.
Post-click connection. You partner with our on-site team to make sure the LP, the subscription flow, the buy box, and the offer are all aligned with the acquisition strategy. CAC doesn't end at the click, and the strategists who win here understand that.
